This month we welcome guest speaker Debbie Stokoe, Freedom Coach from From Tired to Inspired.  Debbie will be talking to the group about Self-employment and Spirituality, which will include why it’s important to do self-development work to develop faith/self-confidence and build a strong foundation.

“I’m a Freedom Coach. I help people to break free of the 9 to 5 and do what they love. I also help business owners who are newly self-employed and struggling with self-employment. My coaching blends twelve years of self-development experience, practical self-employment advice and spirituality. I offer 1 to 1 coaching, three month coaching programmes and online programmes.” – Debbie Stokoe

Meetings are £2 for members (on presentation on membership card) and £3 for non-members, to be paid on arrival. This includes a cup of tea or coffee. Children are very welcome but it is advised you bring along something to keep them occupied.

Please book your place in advance.

The Musiclounge address and map

The Musiclounge isn’t on Yarm Lane’s main drag, so it can be a bit confusing. If you do find that you’re lost, please call Jo 07787 371853 or Lindsey 07425173207 on the day and we will direct you.

The closest carparks to the Musiclounge are Castlegate Shopping Centre and Tower Street. Once you have parked your car in Castlegate, head out on to the Tower Street side of the building (Tower Street carpark is facing you as you exit). Turn right on Tower Street. You’ll come to a T-junction. You should be able to see Thomas Sheraton pub. Bear right slightly and cross over Bridge Road (there is a pedestrian crossing). Walk a few metres and then turn left on to Yarm Lane, the Music Lounge is at the end of this small part of Yarm Lane.

We look forward to seeing you all there!
