My workspace looks like home from home, Nail bag, facial kit and spray-tanning hold-all
Calming, uplifting, Mobile
People inspire me. Especially people who have overcome life’s greatest battles and still come out the other side with an air of positivity and a smile on their face.
After becoming chronically ill and being unable to work for several months, I retrained last October alongside making significant dietary, lifestyle and stress management changes. I set up a mobile beauty business which enables me to work around my illness and am finding I am able to manage my health condition more effectively whilst enjoying what I do.
This year is all about building on my newly learned skills and being the best that I can be, continuing to manage and improve my health with a view to introducing new treatments to my growing client base.
The only mobile beauty service based in Ochre Yards, Gateshead. Vegan-friendly and cruelty-free products. A safe and open environment where you can offload without judgement.
I love my quotes and have an album of 480 that I’ve been saving over recent years! One that springs to mind and I often have to remind myself during times of difficulty and frustration is one a good friend once shared with me “what is meant for me won’t go by me”. It reminds me I don’t have to achieve everything all at once.
I love music on in the background I put together a motivational playlist with 100 tracks of uplifting and motivating songs so you’ll often find me listening to that varied and interesting mix of literally all sorts, including some old tunes, some old old songs and a couple of more recent ones!
I would love to have some of my own space with a team of happy, motivated and successful therapists. I picture a garden spa and a beauty shed in addition to an ongoing mobile service.
Don’t let fear hold you back and accept there will be nay-sayers but do it anyway, listen to your gut instinct, have courage and be kind.
